PROJECT PROCESS

A design project can be divided into the following steps:

Initial consultation

We will provide a preliminary quote based on the client’s needs. If the client agrees with the scope of the preliminary quote, we will arrange an interview to further understand the client’s needs and provide a formal quotation contract.

Formal commission

After the client signs the quotation contract and pays the deposit, we will arrange the first design proposal.

Design progress

We will submit the first proposal. If the client is not satisfied, we will conduct a second in-depth understanding and adjust it according to the client’s needs, and submit the proposal again. We will efficiently conduct the proposal and communication in accordance with the number of proposals agreed in the quotation contract.

Design modification

According to the selected proposal style, we will modify the design.

Confirm design & project completion (closure)

After the client confirms that all designs are correct, pay the balance according to the quotation contract.

After receiving the balance, we will provide project-related files, including final files, PDF, JPG, and PNG formats, or carry out relevant printing processes.

Frequently Asked Questions

The number of working days required to complete a design project varies depending on the amount of content in the project. We will provide a reasonable completion time when we provide the initial quote. For cross-border projects, we will communicate through email, Skype, WeChat etc.

Before the project is officially commissioned, a deposit of 30% to 50% is required. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the project. For large projects that take longer to complete, payments will be made in stages. For general short-term projects, payments will be made in two stages. Payments can be made in US dollars, Euros, usdt, usdc, eth or bitcoin.
